My skin has been and still is the bane of my existence sometimes. I thought teenagers got acne, and then it packed its bags and left, never to return, but NO!
My face, my body… I now get spots in places I didn’t even know I had skin capable of producing spots. Having tried every Pinterest hack, I should have shares in Boots and Superdrug skincare ranges. I’ve tried scrubbing, plain water and tablets from my doctor.
Having lost weight and everything heading to my knees, I need to keep under all of the mounds of flesh clean, as even just a smidge of infection and I’m up shit creek!
9Every month my hormonal spots raise their ugly white heads. Not to mention the dry patches, oily patches and pores than I’m sure a small dog could drown in.
Suffering from PCOS also means I remove hair from my face (mainly so I don’t make men feel jealous of my bushy beard!), which I assume doesn’t help.
Having spots is seen as a flaw, but I’m sure most women spend so much money covering them, trying to get rid of them I know I do. Maybe if I let my face breathe, it might make my skin better?
